Here’s the thing: universal single-payer healthcare. If we can’t have that, then you don’t get to have this hybrid market where you get to have your cake and eat it too. You have to play by the rules of the free market and list prices and be culpable for that. You do not get the luxury of preventing customers from bargain hunting and price comparison. Until healthcare is free (as it should be) it should be treated as any other consumer product and subject to the same scrutiny.

Also, check the tool at the bottom. I can’t help but notice that most states that oppose Obamacare also have the highest costs. Hmm.
